Lars Kilevold is a composer, producer and screenwriter who has composed music for hundreds of TV and radio commercials and ten major motion pictures. In addition to this he has 12 top ten hits in Norway as a songwriter, producer or artist. Lars started his career in 1980, and has had several different projects since. He started the production company Ute til Lunsj in 1987, which produced commercials and made records. In the period 1989-1991 Kilevold signed with Atlantic Records in New York with the band Sons of Angels. The band sold 150 000 copies in the US. He has since written songs for several commercials, as well as the Karsten and Petra movies.
